Founded in 2004, Mitchell Associates LLC prides itself on helping clients solve problems. Primarily focused on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations, we sit down with you to understand the challenges or opportunities you need help with. We take time to get to know you and to listen carefully to understand what you are trying to achieve. We will tell you if your issue is outside of our wheelhouse or is a first-time undertaking for us. We will level set with you regarding reasonable expectations for success based on constraints or assumptions in play for your circumstances. From the moment you engage us, our goal is your satisfaction. We don't stop until the problem you hired us for has been solved.

ROGER MITCHELL
Roger is an experienced senior leader with a demonstrated track record of delivering change in multiple industries including public utilities, manufacturing, and financial services. He is skilled in business transformation, process improvement, operational assessment, strategic planning, program planning and execution, service delivery, and contract management. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He retired from full-time employment in 2017 but remains actively engaged in part-time consulting and community volunteer activities with local public schools and non-profit boards. Roger also provides career coaching services to young adults who are charting their first career path or mid-career professionals who are seeking a change in their current path.

OUR FEES
There is no charge for an initial consultation or to provide an estimate for services to address your issue or opportunity. Our rates are competitive and reasonable for small and medium-sized business owners. We will be transparent so that cost drivers are made clear to you and we will outline options you may have to make costs fit within your budget.
